Abstract
This study had been proceeded as a continuous project since 1968. Results were reported for the contents of the seven kinds of pesticide; total BHC (¥á, ¥â, ¥ã and ¥ä), heptachlor epoxide, aldrin, dieldrin, endrin and total DDT (PP¢¥ -DDE, PP¢¥-DDD and PP¢¥-DDT) in 50 samples of the five kinds of agricultural product: chinese cabbage, apple, pear, radish and rice which were collected from the five locate areas.
The analytical method was used gas chromatography with E.C.D. and 4 liquid phase(2% DEGS-0.5% H©ýPO©þ, 2% OV-17, 2% QF-1, 3% DC-200+5% QF-1) for the detection.
A procedure was investigated for determining residual amounts of five carbamate insecticides(MTMC, MIPC, BPMC, MPMC and NAC) in rice.
It consisted of dichloromethane extraction, clean up by alumina column and trifluoroacetylation.
Trfluoroacetylated carbamates were measured by gas chromatography with E.C.D and 3 liquid phase(3% OV-17, 3% OV-225, 5% XE-60) for the defection.
The maximum found in each pesticide was as follows:
1. BHC-0.0385ppm, heptachlor epoxide-0.0075ppm, dieldrin-0.0024ppm in radish. DDT¡0.1055ppm in pear.
2. carbamate-negative in rice.
